A Little About Us!
I am a happily married 47 year old mom of one teen daughter. I've been married to her Dad for 25 years. I'm a born again Christian, which simply means that I follow the teachings of Jesus, and know that he died for me. I am constantly in a refining process...learning as I go about the life that God wants for me. Number one on that list is LOVING people, and that's why becoming a Beachbody coach has been such a great decision for me. I love to see someone blossom...whether that is from the physical transformation of their health through proper nutrition and exercise, through a mental and/or spiritual transformation, or financially as they learn the skills necessary to run their own business successfully. I first decided to become a Team Beachbody Coach after my own physical transformation. Others were noticing the results I was getting from the Beachbody workout program I was doing. That person consequently decided to purchase the program themselves as a result of my results! That was exciting and empowering to me, because though I’d never have dreamed in a million years that I would be a part of helping someone in their fitness journey, here I was, helping others out of pure enthusiasm! I found myself telling someone what worked for me, what I’d tried, what I’d heard someone else say worked for them, and giving encouragement. People helping people – from all around the country – working towards one common goal: Reversing The Trends of Obesity: One Relationship at a Time!
